Question [Maria]: Is there a big demand for chefs in the yachting industry?
Answer [Ms Antoniou]: “We can never have enough. There is a big demand for chefs in the yachting industry, but we don’t have a big demand for any chefs, we have a big demand for good chefs, because it’s different if you are working in a restaurant, and it’s different if you are working on a yacht. You must be really good and be able to work in a small space, make the best out of it, serve everyone, be creative and to stay up late. We are in need of good chefs…”.
